Independent Sales Representative - Retail IoT
Solutions   

Join our growing team as an Independent Sales Representative, driving growth in the exciting retail IoT market. You’ll be selling cutting-edge electronic shelf label and LCD display solutions that help retailers modernize their operations and improve customer experiences.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in retail markets

  • Build relationships with retail decision-makers, IT managers, and store operations teams

  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients

  • Manage your sales pipeline and territory independently

  • Collaborate with our technical team to ensure smooth client onboarding

  • Provide market feedback to help shape our product roadmap

  • Sales experience in B2B retail solutions (much preferred)

  • Strong understanding of retail operations and pain points

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

  • Existing relationships in the retail industry preferred

  • Comfortable with technology and able to explain technical concepts simply

Freelance Technical Support Specialist    

We’re seeking skilled Technical Support Specialists to provide excellent customer service to our retail clients. You’ll help troubleshoot, configure, and optimize electronic shelf label and LCD display systems, ensuring our clients get maximum value from their investment.

  • Provide technical support via phone, email, and remote assistance

  • Assist clients in troubleshooting ERP software and IoT product hardware issues

  • Support customers with product configuration and process testing

  • Guide clients through installation, configuration, and optimization processes

  • Document common issues and contribute to knowledge base development

  • Escalate complex technical issues to the engineering team when necessary

  • Maintain high customer satisfaction scores

  • Technical background in IoT devices, networking, or retail technology

  • Experience troubleshooting electronic devices and systems

  • Strong problem-solving skills and patience with clients

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work flexible hours to support different time zones

  • Previous experience in customer support or technical services preferred

  • Understanding of wireless communication protocols (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Zigbee)

  • Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DHCP, etc.)

  • Experience with retail POS systems or inventory management

  • Familiarity with Linux systems and related commands

  • Knowledge of MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server, and other common databases

  • Familiarity with basic Docker commands

  • Competitive hourly rates based on experience
